Lulu FL Movers offers professional moving and storage services, including but not limited to local moving, long-distance moving, residential moving, commercial moving, and secure storage solutions. All services are provided subject to availability and our ability to fulfill your requirements.

2. Quotes and Payments

• Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Additional charges may apply for services not disclosed during the initial consultation or if the scope of the move changes.

• Payments: Payment is due as per the terms outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate details about your move, including the number and type of items, any special handling requirements, and access conditions at both locations.

• Packing: Unless you have opted for our packing services, you are responsible for securely packing your items to prevent damage.

• Presence: You or an authorized representative must be present during the move to supervise and sign off on the completion of the services.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Damage to Items: While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Lulu FL Movers is not liable for:

  • Items not packed by our team

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Fragile items without proper packaging

• Insurance: Basic liability coverage is included with your service. Additional insurance options are available upon request.

6. Storage Services

• Access: Access to storage units is subject to prior arrangement and availability.

• Payment: Storage fees must be paid on time to maintain access and avoid penalties.

• Liability: Lulu FL Movers is not responsible for loss or damage due to natural disasters, unauthorized access, or other events beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport or store the following:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, explosive, or toxic substances)

• Perishable items

• Illegal items or contraband

• High-value items such as cash, jewelry, or collectibles (unless disclosed and agreed upon in advance)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lulu FL Movers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination of Services

Lulu FL Movers reserves the right to terminate services without notice if:

• The customer fails to meet payment obligations

• The customer engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff

• Unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present at the service location

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
